Who attends Expo Comida Latina?

This leading West Coast retail event focusing on Hispanic ingredients, foods and products, is co-located with the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo, offering more than 300 booths, educational programs and live demos.

What is the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo?

Anyone involved in the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industry attends, including those from: independent and chain restaurants, fast food establishments, corporate dining facilities, foodservice directors from hotels and resorts, hospitals, schools and universities. Admission is included with your paid admission to Expo Comida Latina.

How can I make the most of my time at the Show?

Now planning for the show is easier than ever. Our free, online My Show Planner tool lets you easily search for exhibitors, products and conference sessions, create a personalized list of your favorites and even print a map showing the booth location of each of your exhibitors so you can easily navigate the Show floor.

What is the price to attend the Show?

The Show Registration (which includes access to the education program, special events and the co-located Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo) is $25 per person if you register by early bird rate of May 24, 2013; $45 per person if you register by the regular rate of July 13, 2013. After July 13, 2013 (and at the show) the registration rate is $65 per person.

What is your admission policy?

Admission to Expo Comida Latina is for trade and business visitors only. No one under 18 years of age, including infants, will be admitted to the Show at anytime. NO exceptions. No carts will be allowed on the show floor.

When will I receive my attendee badge?

Badges will not be mailed prior to the show; and must be picked up on-site at the Show. Please bring your confirmation email (with the barcode) to any Express Registration Counter on-site and your badge will be easily printed for you there.

How do I make travel arrangements?

Making your hotel and travel arrangements has never been easier or more affordable. The Expo Comida Latina Travel Desk provides you with discounted hotel accommodations and travel options for your trip to Los Angeles. Check for the most up-to-date availability of hotels and rates - or for more information and reservations. Don't delay! Our discounted rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Flights and car rentals are also available.

How do I request an official letter of invitation for VISA purposes?

International participants at the Show may need an official invitation letter in order to process your VISA request. It will take 5-7 business days to process, depending upon the volume of requests. Complete the online VISA Letter Request Form.

Can I bring my family to the Show?

Expo Comida Latina is FOR THE TRADE ONLY. No one under 18 will be admitted at any time, including infants. Proof of age and involvement in the retail, foodservice, restaurant or hospitality industries may be required.

What is the Show Cancellation Policy?

No refunds will be given for any cancelled or no-show registrations; there are no exceptions to this policy.
